  Says they close at 3:30pm on a Saturday, was locked up and closed when arrived at 1:45pm, really bad when you travel an hour to get there!

  Love this place but its made even better by your staff member Alice. She goes above and beyond, she's always happy to see you and nothing is to much trouble for her. Shes a great asset to your store 👍 (BESTPETS, SOUTHAMPTON)

  Staff are always lovely and helpful, good selection of products in stock. Had an elongated check out on Thursday 12th Sept due to new processes when going through the tills, but each member of staff including the lady I assume is the manager/shift leader was upbeat, friendly and helpful. Short of the process going through without any complications, I couldn't fault the customer service received, and the whole thing was handled with politeness, humour and a smile. May seem like a simple expectation, but those little things are often lost in modern customer service, especially at the end of a working day. It would have been very easy for staff members to become frustrated and fed up and create a very different, unpleasant, or awkward atmosphere. So once again, thank you for excellent customer service 👏 (unfortunately, I didn't catch any of your names)
